Kampala Cultural Tour

Buganda kingdom

Uganda's capital city, Kampala, is located in the central region which is also home to Uganda's largest tribe and oldest Kingdom - Buganda. A tour with us will take you to the palace where you'll encounter some of the royal regalia, cultural symbols and the tombs of the former kings.

Uganda Museum

Besides giving you evidence from the archaeology and palaeontology of Uganda, the Uganda museum has a cultural village where you'll learn about more tribes and cultures of Uganda. Get a close up with some cultural items like musical instruments wooden milk pots, ceramics, gourd vessels, cutlery, leather, basketry, bead work, horn work, and armoury.

Ndere Cultural Centre

Ndere means flute and the Centre is the home of Dance in Uganda. Located on the Eastern side of the city, this centre will give you the best of Ugandan dance and traditional music while you enjoy some local cuisine.

Itinerary

Morning [3-4 Hours] Have Breakfast at your hotel before we pick you up. First, we go to Buganda kingdom.

Afternoon [2-3 Hours] We'll have lunch in the city then head to the Museum for more on Ugandan culture.

Evening to 10pm [3-4 Hours] Dinner and traditional entertainment at Ndere Cultural Centre. Later, we'll drop you off at your hotel or residence.
